We invite all quality web sites to participate.
If your site does not meet our minimum requirements you will not be allowed in our directory.

1. No illegal content represented in any manner on submitted web site.
2. Only "family friendly" web sites allowed.
3. Your web site must be functional and have value for the category you are submitting to. No sites allowed with under construction signs or empty pages. If your site is not finished and looks like it, please do not submit it.
4. We reserve the right to remove or disallow any web site for any reason we deem necessary.
5. If you are providing a reciprocal link to Smarty Links you must follow our link exchange guidelines and provide us with a valid HTML link on a quality page of your site that visitors can easily find from your front page. The link must remain unchanged and in place for the duration of the link exchange. If you remove the link we will deactivate the listing.
6. You must provide us with a valid email address with each submission.
7. Premium Lifetime web site listings are for the lifetime of the domain smartylinks.com as currently owned and maintained as "Smarty Links Reciprocal Links Directory". We have no plans to sell this web site now, or in the future.*

Our lawyers told us to include this disclaimer. * In the unlikely event of a transfer of ownership of smartylinks.com, it will be at the discretion of the new management to honor any prior commitments for lifetime and annual advertising/sponsorships. In the event the time period of the purchased advertising has been less than 1 year, and new ownership will not honor balance of annual or lifetime ads, a complete refund will be issued to all advertisers that request a refund within 60 days of the transfer of ownership. We have no plans to sell this site, or remove your listings, but hey - who knows what the future may bring us.
